We hand-made our own products and test them out ourselves before we make them available for purchase. All our ingredients are cruelty-free.
At Cura Sana, YOU are our top priority, so we formulate our products to be as safe as possible even for new or expecting mothers. All of our topical products are 100% zero-risk during pregnancy and breastfeeding/nursing.
While our oral liquid supplements and syrups are generally safe for everyone, we highly recommend to consult your doctor or trusted healthcare provider before taking them when you are pregnant, nursing or have any risky medical condition.
Our products are developed for all types of skin, especially sensitive skin. You won’t find any irritants or potential allergens in our formulations. However, as everyone's skin is different and sensitivity is caused by various factors, your skin may react differently to a product than your friend's might.
All of our products have a lifespan of 12 months after opening. When remained sealed, they can last up to 2 years. Please note that prolonged exposure to high temperatures, humidity and exposure to sunlight or air may adversely impact the formulation of any of our products. Do store them properly to use them before expiration.
For our Ease the Burn Love Lavender SPF Lotion, we recommend that you use it regularly once opened as exposure can compromise its efficacy over time.
All our products are free of artificial coloring, so the color of the products may vary by batch or even change over time. Rest assured, this does not affect the integrity of the product and remains completely safe.
Cura Sana products are sourced and made in Costa Rica.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order. Once it ships, a confirmation email containing your parcel's tracking number and shipping method will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can expect your order to arrive within the times provided below. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

Please make sure that the shipping address indicated at Checkout is the address of the recipient and that whoever you are sending this gift to must be available to receive it at that address. We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more!
Good news! Yes, we do ship to most countries in the world. Orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or USPS, depending on your shipping address.
Express Worldwide Shipping: at least 15 days from the day your order is shipped.
NOTE: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe. Estimated delivery times are determined by the number of business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the day your order is shipped.
We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.
Once your order has shipped, we will send your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
You can track your order on FedEx or DHL page. Kindly check your email for the specific courier used to ship your order.
You can also go to our Order Tracking page and indicate your tracking number in the box provided.
Unfortunately, we don't cover import taxes and duties.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific destination or region.
We process orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel, make any changes on your order or any similarly urgent request, please contact us here within 8 hours of placing your order.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed (we send an email to confirm this), we are unable to cancel it. Invoices are final and cannot be changed/edited anymore.
We also cannot edit items once the order has been placed. We hope you can double-check your items before proceeding to Checkout, so you'll have the most worry-free shopping experience with us. This policy also applies to items that were accidentally ordered, multiple orders of one item, and requests to combine orders.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
✔ Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those you received with defect or damage. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards. Give them another chance—you might learn to love them as much as they love you!
✔ Sale items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
✔ Products that are defective can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within only 7 days upon receipt of your order. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control, which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
✔ Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused
✔ Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if a product did not work out for you.
We're sorry for this inconvenience. Let us make it up to you. Kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days upon receipt of said item. Please attach pictures of the item and a description of the trouble you are experiencing with it. We would be happy to assist you!
1. Once we received your email or direct message on our Facebook/Instagram, we will look into your concerns right away. Please allow us 1-2 business days to verify everything.
2. We will send you an email to tell you whether or not your return/refund request has been approved.
3. If approved, the return/refund process will be included in the email.
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of defective items due to our own faults. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
We’ve partnered with PayPal so you can make secure, convenient and reliable payments via credit card, debit card or your own PayPal account. Once you have added all the products you want to buy, click Checkout to pay. You will be directed to the Payment page to finalize your order.
Youca still pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account.
1. Click Checkout with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal.
2. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and debit/credit card information.
3. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4. Click Continue to pay and automatically return to Cura Sana.
NOTE: PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature. If you run into any trouble or have any questions about PayPal's Guest Checkout, please contact PayPal directly.
When in doubt, check your email. If your payment successfully went through, you should have received an Order Confirmation email. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, you might want to check your spam folder, just in case.
If you didn’t get an Order Confirmation email, chances are your payment did not go through successfully. Contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.
Absolutely! Your credit card information is never stored in our servers. It is encrypted and transmitted through 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) straight to a top security electronic vault.
Because our products are in high demand, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. So we encourage you to checkout the items in your Cart as soon as possible because there may be other customers who want them as much as you do.
But don't worry, we restock our products fast. You can always come back any day to see if they are again up for grabs.
Don't you worry. We replenish our products as fast as we could. For you to get updated right away for products that are back in stock, just click on the Waitlist button. We'll send you an email to notify you.
Being on the waitlist of a product doesn't guarantee stock reservation.
Getting on an item's waitlist just means that you signed up to be notified once it becomes available again.
So, once you get that email notification from us, you'll need to be quick to buy that in-demand product right away!
